In the morning, bicycles are prepared and the guide reviews the week’s programme. A 30‑kilometre panoramic ride explores Old Havana, Malecón, parks and the Hotel Nacional. Afterwards, visit the 4 colonial squares are visited on foot and the day ends with a transfer to Las Terrazas Biosphere Reserve.

The cycling day in Viñales included visits to tobacco fields, valleys, caves and the Prehistoric Mural. We will make a stop at El Paraíso ecological farm for lunch before continuing ride through Viñales. The day ends in town with time to explore restaurants and bars before dinner.

After breakfast, you ride 40 km north from Viñales through mountains and farmland to Maria's Farm. A private transfer then takes you back to Havana in about two and a half hours. The day ends with check‑in in a casa particular and at night we will go out to explore Havana.

Comfortable clothes for cycling
You\’ll have access to our bike workshop in the Miramar district, bike tools and assistance will be on hand from one of our bike mechanics should you need it. You are welcome to leave your bike boxes and any excess equipment here to pick up on your return to Havana.
You should bring light cotton and linen clothing suitable for tropical climates. For the evenings bring lightweight clothes, some mosquito repellent and a jacket or fleece. Cubans dress casually but are always impeccably turned out. Avoid bringing expensive or flashy jewellery.
